Nothing to Envy by Barbara Demick (highly recommend it).

What is your favorite thing to do at work?
Identify the perfect speaker for a customer's event that they never would have learned about otherwise...then the speaker kills at the event and we all look like geniuses.

If you could change on thing about your job, what would it be? 
Finding the perfect speaker only to learn they're already booked on the date you need them.

If you weren't working in this industry, what would you be doing?
Bike or Motorcycle Mechanic (but only if I could work on the good stuff).

What is one thing you'd share with a potential IASB member who asked why you joined? 
If you knew all the incredible professionals involved and the volumes of knowledge and experience to connect with, you wouldn't be asking!

Favorite food? 
Donuts; any flavor. Funnel cake is a close second. I love to channel my inner Homer Simpson....

Favorite drink? 
Mango Lassi (or Sierra Nevada Torpedo if I wanna "get my drink on").

Favorite hobby? 
Anything with two wheels; mountian biking, road cycling, street/track motorcycling, off-road motorcycling, supermoto...

What most interests you about the future? 
The myriad ways in which technology will impact pretty much everything we do. That said, the more things change, the more they stay the same; I firmly believe that 50 years from now, humans will still congregate at business settings in person, in the flesh, in real time, eyeball-to-eyeball, holograms be damned. As long as we are corporal beings, nothing with replace organic connection. Of course, our respective businesses have an important place in that landscape.
