Strategic planning has helped us develop a current mission, vision and goals to define the value of the association and our focus for the future. We reviewed external and internal issues that are likely to have an important impact on IASB's work over the next 3 to 5 years, along with critical themes of importance, all of which helped drive the strategic framework of our operational plan. This is a fluid initiative with actions that will evolve each year as we decide with members on priorities going forward.

The Mission of the International Association of Speakers Bureaus (IASB) is to provide global leadership in facilitating the exchange of ideas and expertise, advocating for our value, and promoting standards of excellence, for the speaker bureau industry.
Every organization providing speakers in the global marketplace through representation, and adheres to the standards and professional practices of the association, is a member of IASB.
