Membership Information

The International Association of Speakers Bureaus (IASB) is the trade association, which represents speakers bureaus worldwide. IASB was established in 1986, and has enjoyed rapid growth in membership and professional development since its founding. Members can be found in Australia, Canada, Colombia, England, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, The Netherlands, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Singapore, Brazil, France, Portugal and New Zealand as well as the United States, with the International Headquarters located in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA.

The IASB application may be printed, completed and returned to the IASB office. Please note that a bureau must book a minimum of 4 different speakers and must derive at least 75% of its gross income from booking speakers to be eligible for membership. A bureau that has been in business for less than 2 years is regarded as an "Associate Member." Upon the 2nd anniversary of the establishment of the bureau, the membership automatically changes to "Regular Member". Dues are the same for both the Associate Member and Regular Member bureau. If you have a speakers bureau, which meets the above criteria we would be delighted to have you join IASB and begin accessing the many benefits that are available to those who operate an established speakers bureau.

Please, submit your signed IASB Membership Affidavit along with your completed and signed IASB Membership Application. Please contact Steve Ingram, CAE, Executive Vice President or his assistant, Pam Bernard with any questions you may have about membership with IASB.
