April is peak season in Cancun so the weather is expected to be perfect! Average high/low temperatures are: 86°F (30°C)./ 76°F (24°C). April is one of the driest months with a very low chance of rain.
IASB is working with a local DMC to arrange group transportation from the airport to the resort for attendees. The expected cost will be $20-25 USD per person one way. Please indicate when you register for the convention if you would be interested in receiving additional information about this service or if you would like to make your own arrangements.
Host Venue (Hotel):
The Iberostar Cancun has been selected as the host venue for the Convention. With the exception of the Friday night off-site event, all convention activities will take place at the resort. While not required, attendees are encouraged to register in the group block at the resort (see registration confirmation for details).
Note: Attendees that are not staying at the resort will be required to purchase a meal plan to participate in the receptions and meals served as part of the convention (breakfast & lunch on Friday and Saturday and Dinner on Saturday).
